Margaret Baker, 78, Duffield, VA passed away, Thursday, December 13, 2012 at Select Specialty Hospital, Bristol, TN.
Born in Scott County, VA on August 5, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Natalie Peterson Baker.
She is survived by her brother, Carroll Baker, Duffield, VA; nieces, Deborah Baker, Elizabeth Baker, and Cindy Tipton; and great nieces and nephews, Kristin Adams, Chance Adams, Jesse Harris, and Jaci Tipton.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m., Monday, December 17, 2012 at the Gate City Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the funeral Home with Pastor Robert Stewart officiating.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at the Sheppard Bowen Cemetery, Duffield, VA. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery for the graveside service.
