Nancy Bellamy Bacon, 67, passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at Mountain View Hospital, Norton, VA.
She was a lifelong resident of Scott County and a member of Hale's Chapel United Methodist Church.
Nancy enjoyed life and loved playing the piano.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edley Hugh and Elma Palmer Bellamy.
She is survived by a daughter and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at Chalybeate Springs United Methodist Church, 7592 Upper Possum Creek Rd., Sunday, July 15, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. with Reverend Daryle Houseright officiating.
Memorials may be made to Chalybeate Springs United Methodist Church or Holston View Untied Methodist Church.
