Kevin Dwayne Babb, 29, Hiltons, VA passed away, Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center.
Kevin was born in Kingsport, TN on September 21, 1984 to the late Lowell and Shirley Weddle Babb Hall.
In addition to his parents, his grandfathers, Tony Babb and Junior Dale Weddle; grandmother, Margie Dale Dean Weddle; uncle, Jimmy Weddle; paternal great grandparents, Eva and Melvin Parks; maternal great grandparents, Bee and Lilly Dean; paternal great grandparents, Gladys and Kenneth Babb; and maternal great grandparents, Homer and Elsie Weddle preceded him in death.
He is survived by his brother, Lowell Matthew Babb, Hiltons, VA; sister, April Michelle Hall, Hiltons, VA; grandmother, Shelby Jean Babb, Hiltons, VA; aunt, Donna Sanders and husband, Dale, Hiltons, VA, Mary Helen Gobble and husband, June, Lebanon, VA, Carol Sue Cole and husband, Ricky, Lebanon, VA, and Diane Fields and husband, Tim, Nickelsville, VA; uncle, Randy Weddle and wife, Tabatha, Lebanon, VA; step father, Johnny Hall, Hiltons, VA; several special great aunts and great uncles; along with several special cousins and many friends.
The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m., Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at the Gate City Funeral Home. A memorial service will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Rev. Mack Daugherty officiating.
Burial will be in the Parks Family Cemetery in Big Moccasin, Nickelsville, VA.
