Mr. C.R. "Buddy" Allison, 76, Kingsport, TN passed away Sunday, October 2, 2011 at his residence.
Mr. Allison was born January 7, 1935 in Smyth County, VA to the late Clarence S. and Nellie Smith Allison.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Rodney Allison.
He is survived by his sons, Mark Allison, FL, Dave Allison and wife, Becky, Chilhowie, VA, Paul Allison and wife, Kimberly, Kingsport, TN, and John Allison and wife, Angelia, Paducah, KY; 7 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at the V.A. Mountain Home National Cemetery, Mountain Home, TN with the Rev. Paul Allison officiating.
