The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Betty Thornton can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: My deepest condolences to the family and friends of Betty Thornton for the loss of your dear loved one. The Hearer of Prayer has promised to provide holy spirit to those who sincerely ask for it. (Psalms 65:2 and Luke 11:13) That same spirit can give you the power beyond what is normal to help you cope with your grief, 2 Corinthians 4:7.

Condolence From: betty 'bobbie' campbell hall
Condolence: I am very sad to hear of Betty's death. I loved her personality and the excitement she brought into a room. I enjoyed cleaning house for her many years ago, babysitting her daughter, Betsy's, children. I guess I was like a 'nanny' to them and I am proud of that and proud of them all! Betty was always good and kind to me and Betsy was the best. I am so glad she remarried.
Please accept my sympathy at this sad time. Kim Jill and Ginger, as well as myself, are praying for you all. I still miss seeing your dad, Jc and Dorothy. I enjoyed being around them all and doing all I could for them. Lovingly, bobbie
